Our daily order cut-off is 5:00 PM London time.

Orders submitted after this time will begin processing on the following business day.

Transit time begins after your order has completed processing and has been handed over for delivery.

4. Overall Delivery Estimate

Your total estimated delivery time consists of two stages:

  • Transit Time: 5–8 business days

This means most orders are expected to arrive approximately 6–11 business days from the date of purchase.

After dispatch, your order can be followed using the tracking information provided.

Delivery times shown in this policy are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Occasionally, circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect the delivery schedule.
