30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you’re not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receiving your order.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be returned in full, including all its parts and components, and the packaging must be in its original condition.
- Normal use of the product must be evident. Any damage resulting from mishandling will be excluded.
- Products intended for hygienic use must be carefully cleaned before being returned.
- Any product defects must be reported immediately upon receipt.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The return will be processed within 7 business days. If all conditions are met, we will officially confirm the return within this time frame.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged in a way for which we are not responsible.
How do I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:
- Send an email to: support@ellisonboutique.com
Be sure to include the following information in your email:
- Order number
- Reason for return request
- Photo of the product in case of damage
- Customer’s full name
- Customer’s full address
Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the correct return address. Never return your order to the sender address indicated on the package. We will give you the proper return address once your request has been approved. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
❗ Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
- All returns must be shipped to our warehouse in Asia
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Items must be in original condition (unworn, unused, and with tags, if applicable)
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest solution is to:
- Request a return for the original item
- Once approved, place a new order for the desired item
Refunds
Once we receive your return:
- We’ll process it within 2–4 business days
- You’ll receive your refund confirmation by email
- Funds typically return to your account within 3–5 business days
⏳ Please note: It may take your bank or credit card provider additional time to post the refund to your account.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing an order. Due to our rapid processing and fulfilment system, orders are immediately prepared for shipment and cannot be modified or cancelled after this window. Once this period has passed, customers will need to wait for the delivery of their order and follow our standard return procedure if they wish to return the item.
